Scout is an intricate, pattern-filled shawl inspired by the pieced-together aesthetic of vintage quilts. A dream project for colourwork lovers, Scout’s patchwork effect is achieved by mixing Fair Isle and intarsia knitting throughout. Knitted sideways from tip-to-tip, the easy-to-wear shape and size of the shawl is designed to display maximum detail as it drapes over the shoulders.

This kit includes all the yarn needed to create the Scout Shawl, plus a download code for the PDF pattern. 

The original yarn is used for this kit, the beautiful Tosh Merino Light by Madelinetosh (100% superwash Merino, fingering weight, 384m / 420 yds). Please note that Colour 1 (C1 - light pink) is a different yarn brand in the original sample, however the colour you will receive is a great match.
